Aloha. As some or most of you might know, a friend of mine from DPW Burning Man was in a horrific motorcycle accident while biking in India with her boyfriend about a week and a half ago. Her boyfriend Harrison kept her alive with CPR for 30 minutes until she was taken to a hospital, though her mother and family would love to get her home and to Stanford Medical Center which has agreed to care for her for FREE if only they can arrange to have an air ambulence, which costs in the ballpark of $150,000. She suffered severe brain damage and is in a coma. has been able to raise $70,000! But we're not there yet. People all over the country have organized fundraisers on her behalf, shows with performers, singers, dancers, dj's, clowns, ANYTHING, in attempts to raise money to get our dear friend home.
