Hi. I am starting a hoop dance class at the Central YMCA on Fridays 6:15-7:15 pm for all levels of hooping experience. I have all the hoops, or you can bring your own. Will teach basics as well as offering more advanced moves. Looking forward to getting back to the fire dances and practicing with you all. I've been forced to take a break for health reasons, but really missing it and happy to be feeling the groove again.
